2025-2026 Kids Club Rates & Options

Annual Program Registration Fee: $90 per child ($50 after Jan. 31, 2025)

Attendance Scheduled in Advance

All Kids Club attendance is prepaid by purchasing Kids Club sessions through the ARUX site. There are no refunds if school is cancelled due to weather or other unexpected events, payments for those dates are not refunded. All scheduled fees must be PRE-paid in full one month in advance. The exception Drop-in service is not available. Half days need to have a minimum number of students to run in the PM.

  • AM Rates $12 per child/per session
  • PM Rates $15 per child/per session
  • HALF DAYS $50 per child/per session
  • AM and PM, 5 days a week rate $25/day for the month
  • Registration fee $90 per child

Rate applies to sessions scheduled by 5:00pm the preceding day.


Attendance NOT Scheduled in Advance

UNSCHEDULED ATTENDANCE (not scheduled):

  • AM/PM RATES $20/$24 per child/per session
  • HALF DAYS $60 per child/per session

All unscheduled fees must be paid in full within 48 hours. Auto-pay is highly recommended. Non-payment of unscheduled fees after 14 days of accrual will result in suspension from the program until the fees are paid in full. 

There are NO REFUNDS for unused sessions (illness, travel, etc.) regardless of reason. Snow days are NOT refunded.


Late Pickup Fees

Kids Club closes promptly at 6:00 pm. If you are late picking up your child, a late fee will be charged. Late pick-up four times in the school year could result in dismissal from the Kids Club program. If after 30 minutes of attempting to reach parents/guardians and emergency contacts with no success or response, the police will be contacted.

  • 6:00 - 6:10 PM $20 per child After
  • After 6:10 PM $2 per minute/per child
  • Every 4th Occurrence: $25 per family (in addition to late pickup fee)

Kids Club privileges are suspended for 30 days after the 4th late pickup.

Safety protocols and scheduling specifies will be updated as information becomes available regarding next school year’s requirements.

Waitlist:

Once full we’ll create a waitlist for those who register.

Priority is given to students who will attend 5 days/week (morning and afternoon), then 5 days/week (morning or afternoon), then students will be considered in order of the days requested per week. Signing up for 5 days/week and changing to fewer days at a later date may result in placement on the waiting list. Please sign up for only the days you need.

ARRIVAL & DISMISSAL

It is a licensing requirement that all children must be signed in to the program in the morning and signed out of the program in the afternoon by a parent or an adult authorized by the parent on the emergency form or in writing by the parent. Children may not be released to siblings unless they are at least 16 years of age.

 

Sign-in and sign-out is done by a child’s parent or other authorized adult. It is done online using the Kids Club laptop in the Kids Club classroom. The adults signing a child in and/or out of Kids Club must know and use the parent’s ARUX password and logon name.

 

The safety of your child is of the utmost importance to us, any adult may be asked for identification prior to release of a child. If it is necessary to have someone other than those listed on the Child Identification Form to pick up your child, you must notify the staff with a written note or phone call.

 

All doors remain locked during Kids Club hours to ensure the safety of our students.

 

Instruction on drop off and pick up will be emailed upon registration.

Other points: 

  • All users must be scheduled for specific days and times (a weekly recurring schedule).

  • Drop-in service is not available.

  • One permanent schedule change allowed per semester, provided we can accommodate the change ($25 change fee will be applied).
  • Registered students must actively use the program (unable to reserve placement for drop-in service.)
  • If your child attends the afternoon session, please provide a snack.
  • Kids ’Club is not open when the school district is closed.
  • Credit/refunds are not given for days schools is closed due to power outages, severe weather, or any emergency school closing.
  • Credit/refunds are not given for any days that a child misses due to schedule conflicts, vacations, or illness.
  • Because our staff is hired based on the number of children scheduled, we are unable to give credit for absences due to illness, vacation.
